Ozone
Generator is used for microbial control and odor control in all water base
systems, such as metal working coolants.
Ozone
will destroy bacteria, viruses and virtually all other form of microbes, as
well as break down contaminants. It does this without use of any harsh
chemicals or additives of any kind. It is 3000 times faster and more powerful
than chemical biocides.
Ozone
eliminates coolant sump odors.

air pump, cooling fan and 24-hours timer

The ozone is fed into the sump through
a plastic tube and ozone dispersion element is placed at the bottom of tank.
OG does not harm
equipment and coolants. The ozone does not cause dermatitis or harm to operator
in any way and it leaves no chemical by products expect oxygen.
Asingle sump or several sumps can be
handled by one unit.
